Bonjour, je suis Cécile

A Parisian in the kitchen.

Born and raised in Paris, I learned to cook in my grandmothers' kitchens, tasting their bubbling stews and dipping bread in their sauces. Years of busy workdays in New York taught me the rest: shortcuts. Today I cook in Miami and share the traditional French dishes I love, made simple, often in one pot.

“If you can do it in ten minutes instead of four hours, go for it.”
