tomato, semolina and cilantro soup


At this point, some of you may start thinking that I am actually employed by Yotam Ottolenghi to do his PR. Well, I am not! We made this incredible soup, which exudes the flavors of tomato and fresh cilantro, as well as spices such as cumin, paprika and coriander. It is also very hearty, since semolina is mixed into the tomatoes. So you can serve this dish as a full meal, with a nice loaf of fresh bread.
